NativeBanner collects the shop domain and basic device information (such as general geographic location based on IP address) to provide localized announcement bar functionality. We do not store personally identifiable information (PII) of your customers.
The collected data is used exclusively to display the correct banner to the correct visitor. We do not sell, share, or rent this data to third parties.
We strictly follow Shopify's mandatory webhooks for data redaction and deletion. Upon app uninstallation, all merchant data is flagged for deletion in accordance with Shopify's requirements.
